TOYZZI LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) values customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window (30 days)
We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and not installed.

The product must be in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be intact.
Items showing signs of installation, stretching, wear, or veh

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

 with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and return instructions. Please write the RMA clearly on the return package.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring a physical return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Timing
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
